Summer Staff - Kitchen and Bar staff needed.
We need extra people to work over the summer period - end of December through to mid February. Short period, over the busy 4 weeks, is also possible.
See below for a description of the work.

Currently, we require a Cleaner.
The work entails morning work, cleaning the Tavern and the Backpackers, and takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. It will be for fixed days, but you will need to be available to fill in on other days, when other cleaning staff are on holiday, or unable to work.
This job would best suit some one who lives locally.

We are also looking for Kitchen staff, and Bar staff.
These are part time positions. We have day shifts, and evening shifts. Some staff have fixed shifts, others rotate, we can usually sort things to suit everyone !!
For Bar staff, we prefer that you have a Duty Manager license, but if you do have experience then come and talk to us anyway.
Our kitchen is done by one person, so you serve customers, do the cooking, and prep work, and sorry, but also wash the dishes. We can train you to do the food that we serve. But, if you are a chef who wants to work in a country pub, then please do talk to us !!

Note: our Backpackers is fully booked for 28 - 29 December 2011. And also for 2 January 2012 and 28 - 29 January 2012. Other dates may be used for Band Nights in that period (we are awaiting confirmation from our promoter). So for now, we can not accept bookings between 27 December and 3 January.
