Responsible for a string of what have gone on to become classic kiwi anthems, Supergroove were well ahead of their time when they burst onto the Auckland live scene at the dawn of the 90s. After a phenomenal recording career seeing them sell close to 200,000 albums worldwide, generating a staggering six Top 10 hits, numerous NZ Music Award accolades and touring the world, the group disbanded in 1997.
Late 2007 saw Supergroove reuniting to rave reviews with two sell-out shows at Auckland's Kings arms. Since then they have toured with fellow institutions Crowded House and Elemeno P, staged the Crosstown Revue with Scribe, Hollie Smith & Gin Wigmore and got crowds moving across the country!
Catch them this summer for two unmissable shows, at Butler's Reef hotel on New Years Eve and on January 2nd at the Coroglen Tavern.
Joining Supergroove for the Coroglen show only is Luger Boa!
